Ruth chapter one

This layout has a lot of promise and expresses a lot of energy. It shows all three of the women who lost their husbands. One grave stone is provided for each of the three women and they are even arranged so that they are close (one each) to the ladies. Ruth is clinging to Naomi and Orpah is turning back to her idols. The only thing I really missed was an idol (chemosh) looming in the background. It`s garbage like all my work... however there is something promising here. Hope you enjoy this.

Ruth at the threshing floor (complete with boaz feet)

Ruth camped out at Boaz`s feet at the threshing floor. I like to use manga studio to add tones to some areas of my pictures. Manga studio is great for this. Again very cartoonish as is most of my gomi art. Hope you like this.

These are some drawings I did for a series of sermons that my pastor preached on the book of ruth. This was the last one I did and it did not get used for the sermon illustration. I thought someone might want to see it  so I put it up here. This is Naomi holding Boaz and Ruth`s child. The child continues the geneological line to Christ. That`s why the crucifixion is foreshawdowed on the right of the drawing. It`s very cartoonish. I hope you like it.
